These terms apply when you book or use a cleaning service from Cleaners Poole ("we", "us", "our"), or use the website cleanerspoole.uk.
1. Quotes & bookings
All quotes are based on the information you provide. Where a final on-site assessment shows the property differs materially from what was described, we may revise the quote before starting work. We confirm your booking by email or message.
2. Pricing & payment
Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and other methods listed on your invoice.
3. Cancellations & rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a booked clean. Cancellations made on the day may be subject to a partial fee covering scheduled team time.
4. Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the booked time. If our team is unable to access the property, a partial fee may apply.
5. Our team
All of our cleaners are DBS-checked, fully insured and trained to our professional standards. We treat your property with care and respect at all times.
6. Satisfaction guarantee
We work to a 100% satisfaction standard. If anything isn't right, please let us know within 24 hours of the clean and we'll return to put it right at no extra cost.
7. Liability
We are fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of the clean. Our liability is limited to the value of our public liability insurance.
8. Eco-friendly products
We use non-toxic, eco-friendly products by default. If you have a strict preference or specific allergies, please let us know in advance.
9. Website use
The content on cleanerspoole.uk is provided for general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but make no warranties as to its completeness. Unauthorised reproduction of site content is not permitted.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
